Candidate must show that they worked in a sales position (regardless of industry) making phone calls to prospects over the last 2 years and has achieved success in generating sales.

Candidate is willing to redirect his/her sales success into a similar sales position, but with HIGHER EARNINGS UPSIDE, directed at retirement plan (401k & 403b Plans) to assist plans and participants with their retirement planning.

BROKER DEALER REPS

The Yvars Group seeks an experienced Financial Advisor or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with an existing book of fee-based business that wishes to leave their current broker-dealer and act as a 1099 independent contractor, remotely.

In doing so, you can join our growing and highly productive Referral Network Program (RNP).

Fee-based revenue will be billed and split on a quarterly basis with the advisor at generally higher payout levels than current broker-dealer agreements.

The Yvars Group and Raymond James will support all operational aspects of the advisor's business and assets will be custodied at Raymond James

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily seek to source, on-board and service existing and new fee-based clients, similar to your current role
  • Servicing includes communicating with clients to go over their financial plan, reviewing their current and future circumstances, needs and objectives and to review their investment performance
  • Full technology support provided by Raymond James

Qualifications:

  • Series 65
  • Must have Bachelor degree or Master's degree
  • Proven ability to successfully manage client's needs in all aspects of wealth management.
  • Proven ability to operate in collaborative manner with client's outside advisors
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members on multiple projects at once while consistently completing projects on time, efficiently, and with the highest quality
  • Ability to think critically on a strategic level, taking initiative and problem-solving
  • Ability to build beneficial relationships in appropriate community, business, and professional organizations
  • Must be able to pass a background and compliance screening
